Privacy statement

Which data do we process?

Contact and request details you enter yourself: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company, website, address and the content of your message.

Technical data with a download request: the timestamp, the browser identification and an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address. We do not store the raw IP address.

Origin data: the referring page and any campaign parameters in the URL.

What do we use them for?

To answer your request, deliver a quote or report and perform the agreement.

To follow up once if you do not reply. You can unsubscribe with a single click.

To prevent abuse of our forms. We do not send a newsletter and never resell your data.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent for a download request, performance of the agreement for an assignment, and our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention.

How long do we keep them?

Requests without follow-up are deleted after 24 months. Download links expire after 14 days. Client file data is kept for as long as statutory retention periods require.

Who has access?

Only staff of Sparta Consulting BV and our processors for hosting, database and email delivery. All data is stored on servers within the European Union.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are only placed after you consent through the cookie banner. Without consent no tracking cookies are set.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@itsolutions.be; we reply within thirty days.

If you disagree with our processing, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
