Your best work doesn't prove itself.
An agency cannot prove its own quality, because every piece of evidence it provides comes from itself. That is the exact same gap your client struggles with, seen from the other side. I provide the measurement that doesn't come from you.
What I do for you
- Independent baseline measurement at the start of a project.
- Before you start, you establish where the client stands: traffic, conversions, measurement setup, technical health. Twelve months later, you have the only proof of progress that does not come from your own reports. It is also your best defense if a client claims down the line that nothing has changed.
- Technical review before delivery.
- A second pair of eyes on architecture, performance, measurement setup, accessibility, and security — before your client runs into them. You get the findings, no one else.
- Analytics capacity you don't need to hire in-house.
- Google Analytics 4, Search Console, conversion paths, landing page analysis. Many strong creative and content agencies don't have that depth, nor do they need to. I work as a subcontractor or under your name, as you prefer.
- Neutral third-party assessment for a stalled client relationship.
- Commissioned by you and your client together. One report, two clients, the same data for everyone. This takes the emotion out of a conversation that would otherwise be about trust rather than facts.
The rule that keeps this workable
I work for one client per case. I never evaluate an agency for its client while working for that agency, and I do not accept assignments from an agency whose client I have previously assisted — not without both parties knowing and explicitly agreeing.
The first page of every report states who commissioned it and who is paying for it. Always, even if it is inconvenient.
Pricing
Baseline measurement and technical review: fixed price based on the scope of the case. Subcontracted analytics work: day rate. Neutral third-party assessment: fixed price, shared by both clients. Pricing on request.
